and perhaps, in the eyes of some,
my thoughts may be in the wrong
and totally go against everything
that we know
in our blinded and lied-to country.
but nonetheless,
as my thoughts began to get the best of me ...
i recalled learning about
concentration camps.
and some of the things
that jewish people had to endure.
if, and since it's been proven
through experience,
history has a tendency of relapsing
and repeating the same,
time-tested mistakes ...
do you think that this
ever has a chance of reoccuring?
perhaps not with the same races,
but maybe the human race at large?
think about it;
our instincts,
and very admirable tutors
have taught us to look at a
scenario like this and aptly reply
NO.
but, i implore you ...
sit and think.
think about, like i said earlier,
history's fatal flaw of repeating itself.
and ponder the thought of discrimination,
and how it's never been eliminated;
toned down, yes,
but it is still in effect as of today.
and while you're at it,
read this article.
i know that this will upset people,
no doubt about it.
but i believe the truth must be adhered to;
far too often we live our lives in
a fairy tale world,
believing that the world is just one
big,
innocent,
completely safe and lovely place to live.
and sorry to burst your bubble,
but that's just not the case.
i'm posting this because i love humans;
granted,
i hate humanity.
with a burning passion and livid desire.
in the end, you're going to believe
what you want to;
i'm not faulting you for that.
but don't overlook facts,
valid facts at that.
open your eyes,
and SEE;
we were given eyes to see,
not just look.
perhaps i'm starting to ramble,
so i'll just close this out
by saying this:
the truth is right in front of you;
maybe a variation,
and a lot of what is presented to us
is truly up for interpretation.
but it doesn't hurt to consider
different points of views;
never has, and i don't think it ever will.
i, for one, believe it fully;
